What is Emotional and Transformative Work Training?
It is a comprehensive and experiential learning process designed to help individuals understand, manage, and release complex emotions in a beneficial way, leading to profound and meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives.
What You Will Learn?
At WILDHEART TRAINING
you will learn a variety of tools and methods for emotional work that will help you grow and develop, strengthen your self-confidence, improve relationships, and realize your true potential.
Guided Imagery and Hypnotherapy
We will learn to use the power of imagination to guide emotional processes, facilitate inner healing, and enhance mental resilience. Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis and psychological treatment to create profound cognitive and emotional change, accessing the subconscious and releasing inhibiting patterns. Guided imagery leads participants through descriptions and visualizations to evoke positive emotions, reduce stress, and release emotional blockages, strengthening the connection between body and mind and creating a sense of calm and tranquility.
Shamanic and Ritual Work
We will learn traditional techniques and tools originating from tribal cultures, such as working with the four elements (earth, water, fire, and air) to connect with nature and balance energies. We will also work with chakras to release energetic blockages, use prayers and rituals to connect with the spirit and enhance intentions, and integrate feminine and masculine energies within ourselves to create inner balance and self-fulfillment.
Shadow Work
Exploring inner shadows and archetypes is a powerful and profound process aimed at revealing and understanding the unconscious and repressed parts within us. This allows us to know ourselves more deeply and fully, accept, love, and embrace all aspects of ourselves, and use them for growth and positive change in our lives.
Somatic Work
We will learn about the nervous system and understand how to integrate physical sensations as part of the therapeutic and emotional process. These tools focus on creating a deep connection between body and mind, identifying how emotions and experiences impact the physical body, and releasing emotional and physical tension and blockages. Examples of somatic tools include observation, grounding, self-massage, relaxation and release exercises, mindful breathing, movement and dance exercises, and focusing. These tools help enhance body awareness, release tension, and understand the connection between physical sensations and emotions.
Mindful Breathing and Focusing
We will learn to release tension, increase self-awareness, and calm the body and mind through breathing. The practice also enhances awareness of the body, emotions, and thoughts, strengthening the connection between body and mind, leading to an improved quality of life and a deep sense of control and inner peace. Additionally, we will learn tools for focusing thoughts and directing personal energy to achieve goals and fulfillment through breathing.
Embodiment and Movement
We will learn to strengthen the sense of self and emotionally connect by integrating body and mind. Embodiment and movement help us experience and express emotions through the body, understand the physical sensations associated with these emotions, release them, and foster deep self-awareness and understanding. This leads to healthy and balanced emotional coping, increased presence, and self-confidence.
Energetic Tools & Soul Work
We will learn tools that help us create a deep connection to our personal mission, receive inner guidance, and understand the soul lessons we need to go through. These tools enable us to connect to the sources of wisdom within us, enhance our spiritual awareness, and live our lives in alignment with our soul's mission.
Family Constellation and Aspecting
We will learn techniques for identifying and releasing inhibiting behavior patterns and strengthening family connections. Aspecting refers to working with internal parts of the personality through dialogue and understanding internal conflicts to integrate them harmoniously. Family constellation identifies unconscious family patterns passed down through generations that affect our lives by illustrating family relationships using "representatives." These methods enable deep work on understanding family and internal connections, leading to healing and improving personal and familial interactions.
The Training Program
Our training consists of several practical and theoretical modules spread over four intensive and hands-on days. Each day focuses on different topics and tools for emotional, energetic, and soul work.
1st Day
Introduction and Basic Tools
• Creating belonging and anchors in the space
• General overview of the training
• Mindful breathing and focusing exercises
• Introduction to guided imagery and hypnotherapy
2nd Day
Working with Complex Emotions & Guiding Processes
• Understanding the nervous system
• Somatic work
• Embodiment and movement
• Family constellation and aspecting
3rd Day
Practical Exercises and Experiential Learning
• Tools for dealing with fear and anxiety
• Exploration of shadows and archetypes
• Energetic tools for connecting to the soul
• Shamanic and ritual work
4th Day
Summary and Integration
• Review of the learned content and tools
• Integration and application exercises
• Creating a personal and professional action plan for continuing the journey
Each day will begin with yoga/movement and will include 3 vegetarian meals, breaks, and pool time :)

Full Training: Four intensive and profound days that include experiential, practical, and theoretical exercises, providing you with tools for significant life change.
Practical Tools: Learn a variety of tools and methods for emotional, energetic, and soul work, enabling you to face challenges and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Support and Guidance: Throughout the process, you will receive guidance and support from experienced instructors who will help you internalize and integrate the learned tools.
Learning Materials: Access to comprehensive learning materials and support even after the training, including a detailed handbook with instructions for integrating everything learned into your daily life with yourself and others.
Accommodation: Shared accommodation in a supportive and peaceful environment at Havat HaAisim.
• Option to upgrade to a large cabin (up to 6 people) or a couples cabin (up to 2 people) for an additional fee.
