Our Mission
Havaya is dedicated to healing the wounds of body, heart, and spirit - personal and collective
through somatic, emotional, and spiritual practices rooted in Jewish wisdom and modern therapeutic methods.
Since the events of October 7, the urgency for trauma healing in Israel has grown tremendously. Soldiers, Nova survivors, families, and entire communities are in need of safe spaces for resilience and recovery. Havaya is here to meet that need - now.
Who we are?
Talia Oren
Founder of the Havaya Method, somatic-emotional therapist, facilitator of over 100 retreats, workshops, and courses, guiding thousands in deep healing processes.
Dor Shamay
Spiritual teacher and healer, facilitator of 36 Soul Awakening cohorts and 7 Practitioner Trainings, certifying over 150 practitioners now serving thousands. Dor also teaches weekly online Kabbalah classes to students worldwide.
Together, we bring the integration of body, psyche, and Jewish mysticism into a living healing method. Now, we are establishing the Havaya Healing Center in the Upper Galilee – a physical home that unites all of our healing work in one sacred space, open year-round for people to come, learn, and transform.
Our Story
Havaya was born from our personal journeys of pain, courage, and transformation.
Talia’s path began not with certificates, but with trauma. Years of emotional fragmentation and disconnection forced her to learn what it means to truly feel. From this devotion to her own healing, she developed a body–emotion–spirit method that has guided thousands through retreats, workshops, and personal journeys.
Dor’s path was devoted to spirit and Jewish wisdom. He created the Soul Awakening process, facilitating 36 cohorts of deep emotional healing, and later training more than 150 practitioners now serving their communities. Rooted in Kabbalah and spiritual transmissions, his work helps people return to the Divine Source within.
Individually, we each carried the same mission - to heal, to awaken, to reconnect. But when we came together, something larger was born.
Havaya is more than a method. It is the weaving of somatic wisdom and Jewish mysticism, science and spirit, healing and community. It is a living movement, grounded in Israel and expanding to the world, devoted to transforming pain into light and restoring wholeness - one person, one family, one community at a time.
Today, this vision is taking form in the Upper Galilee, where we are building the Havaya Healing Center - a physical home for this living movement. A sacred space where people can come all year round to heal, learn, and reconnect with themselves, each other, and the Divine.

Practitioner Trainings - Certifying a new generation of healers in Israel, each reaching hundreds in their communities.

Retreats & Workshops - Ongoing transformational journeys serving thousands annually.

Community Healing - Supporting IDF soldiers, Nova survivors, and victims of October 7, while also addressing the intergenerational trauma of the Holocaust and working with those who feel rootless or disconnected from belonging in this land.

Jewish Spiritual Integration - Rebirthing with the 72 Names of God, Hebrew letter meditations, and Kabbalistic healing practices.
At Havaya, we believe healing must be accessible to all. That’s why our center offers both short and long workshops, courses, processes, and professional trainings – suitable for anyone, whether experiencing everyday stress or living with complex PTSD. There is a place here for everyone.
Beyond the center itself, we are also creators of free content across multiple platforms, with a combined online community of over 75,000 followers. Through teachings, meditations, and reflections, we inspire thousands more around the world to reconnect with the Divine, awaken spiritually and emotionally, and step into their purpose as bearers of light and healing on this earth.
One powerful example: in the photo below, Talia is holding a loving, safe space for a Nova survivor – enabling her, for the first time, to cry and to feel truly held at the same moment.
Why now?
We are currently renovating the new Havaya Healing Center in the Upper Galilee – a sacred home for healing, training, and community.
So far, we’ve invested over 200,000 NIS (~$53,000) of our personal resources, a testament to our commitment and belief in this vision.
